Returns & Exchanges

At Rivolta Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your instrument; if it is not the perfect fit, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned in original, mint condition with all included accessories and packaging to qualify.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team via email or our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 14-day return window.

• 2.
  Package Your Instrument

  Carefully pack your guitar in its original hardshell case or gig bag and place it inside the original shipping carton with all protective padding intact.

• 3.
  Ship to Rivolta

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred insured carrier to send the instrument back to our inspection facility, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our luthiers verify the instrument's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
